At 3ate Properties, we are committed to providing exceptional cleaning services with professionalism and care. If you are not completely satisfied with your experience, our refund and re-clean policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency.
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review your concern and may offer one of the following remedies:
Free Re-Clean: We may send a team back to address the missed areas.
Partial Refund: If a re-clean is not possible or declined, a partial refund may be issued depending on the scope of the concern.
Full Refund: In rare cases where service was not rendered as agreed and a resolution cannot be met, a full refund may be considered.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only eligible under the following conditions:
The service was not performed according to the agreed scope.
A valid complaint was submitted within 24 hours of service completion.
No re-clean was accepted or completed.
The property was accessible, safe, and ready for cleaning at the time of appointment.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
Client fails to provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance (subject to a cancellation fee).
Issues reported beyond the 24-hour complaint window.
Conditions outside the scope of work (e.g., extreme hoarding, pest infestations, biohazard situations not disclosed in advance).
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment method. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
