Welcome to 3ate Properties. By using our cleaning services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully to understand your rights, responsibilities, and the conditions under which we operate.


1. Service Overview

3ate Properties offers a range of cleaning services, including residential, commercial, specialized, and add-on cleaning. Each service is delivered according to the package selected and confirmed at the time of booking.


2. Booking & Scheduling

  • All service requests must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Same-day bookings may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

  • Confirmation of bookings will be sent via email or SMS.

  • Clients are responsible for providing access to the property on the scheduled service date and time.


3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time are free of charge.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling is permitted once per booking, if requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.


4. Payments & Billing

  • Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or authorized digital payment methods.

  • A deposit or full payment may be required upon booking confirmation.

  • All pricing is in USD and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Invoices are available upon request.


5. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not fully satisfied with your service, you must notify us within 24 hours.

  • We may offer a free re-clean within 48 hours of the original appointment, subject to review.

  • The satisfaction guarantee does not cover issues reported beyond the 24-hour period.


6. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all valuable or fragile items are secured prior to our arrival.

  • Provide access to water, electricity, and a safe working environment.

  • Inform our team in advance of any special instructions or known hazards on the property.


7. Liability & Damages

  • 3ate Properties is not responsible for damage to items that are already broken, unstable, or improperly installed.

  • Any damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion.

  • We maintain liability coverage for damages directly caused by our cleaning staff.


8. Health & Safety Compliance

  • We use industry-standard, non-toxic cleaning solutions whenever possible.

  • Clients should inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions relevant to cleaning products.

  • Our staff follow strict hygiene and safety protocols during every appointment.


9. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:

  • The property is deemed unsafe, hazardous, or unsanitary beyond our scope.

  • There is abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior directed at our team.


10. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and handle all customer data confidentially. Personal information is used only for booking, communication, and service delivery. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.


11. Amendments to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
